5 Things You Must Have to Succeed in Affiliate Marketing

5 Things You Must Have to Succeed in Affiliate Marketing

People want to be the boss...take their business and financial lives into their own hands! No one likes to be told what to do every second they are are at work. We all want the ability to start our own business, make a lot of money, and work from the beach

Perhaps this is the reason why more and more people are succumbing to one of the most popular businesses around...affiliate marketing. It is because in this business, there are no bosses to order the employees around. There are no deadlines to meet and no clutter of work do to. One only needs to be equipped with the tools needed to succeed in a business such as this, and he is bound to get what his heart ultimately desires.

Just what are the things needed to be able to succeed in affiliate marketing? What must one have within himself to be able to do well in this industry? There is a lot of competition involved in affiliate marketing, and to be able to rise above the norm, one must be equipped with just the right stuff necessary to propel him forward. There are five things one must ultimately possess if he wants to achieve the glory he is yearning for in this business, and these five things are a must for him to possess to be able to stand out among the rest.

  1. The very first quality one must possess if he wants to try his hand in affiliate marketing is the willingness to learn and be trained. Treading through unfamiliar territory is scary stuff if one is not properly equipped, and he might get lost amidst a jungle of the unknown. Learning the tricks of the trade is also an important aspect of the game, and one's willingness to know it all will give him far better advantages in the business than he could ever imagine.
  2. The second quality one must possess is the willingness to invest time and effort even if direct results do not seem at all apparent. Although several months may pass without good news, it is important for one who has his foot in the industry to hold on and wait. It is this quality which would save him from giving up after investing a lot of himself in the business.
  3. The third quality one must possess is self-determination. If one wants to conquer the affiliate marketing world, he must have the ability to push himself ahead. Never having to say die is a quality each and every affiliate marketer should possess, and the ability to motivate oneself into scaling greater heights is an ability which would actually take an affiliate marketer there.
  4. The fourth quality one must possess is discipline. If one knows how to teach himself to work everyday with all the energy he can muster, then he is close to achieving what he has set his heart to having in the first place.
  5. The fifth and last quality one must possess is optimism. Negative attitudes and hearsays should not discourage an affiliate marketer from pursuing what he has to in order to make life better for himself and for everyone concerned. Neither should anyone influence his attitude toward the business, because once in it, it is a must for him to be the captain of his ship and the master of his soul.

The ingredients to success in a business such as affiliate marketing are diverse and manifold, but the most important thing one needs to be able to make it big lies in himself alone. It is he who has the capacity to do everything to be able to realize his prospects, and the desire which fuels his heart in doing so is the gasoline which should keep the engine going.

Affiliate marketing is all about putting one's fate into his own hands...PayDotCom.com and ClickBank.com give you the power!

Using Social Networking Websites to Promote Your Blog

Using Social Networking Websites to Promote Your Blog

Do you know what the main purpose of a social networking website is? If you are an avid internet user, you likely do. Social networking websites are online communities that make it easier for internet users to meet and communicate with each other. If you are an internet user who enjoys using the internet to meet new people, there is a good chance that you already belong to a social networking website. What about an online blog? Do you have one of them? If you do, do you know that you could use your social networking website to promote your blog?

Promote your blog? Why would you want to do that? Honestly, if you have to ask yourself that question you probably shouldn't even have one. The whole purpose of a blog is to document your thoughts, views, and opinions on a particular topic, issue, or subject. What good will your blog do if no one reads it. In addition to sharing your thoughts with the rest of the world, did you know that you could also make money from your blog? You can sign up for affiliate programs or other programs like Google Adsense. If you are using your blog to make money then you will defiantly want to promote it.

When it comes to promoting blogs, there are many blog owners who decide to let the search engine do the work for them. Search engines, such as Google, Yahoo, and MSN use special techniques that reads the content on your website. That content is then used to rank your website with particular keywords. This means that you run a blog on graduating from high school in New York, there is a good chance that your blog will appear in searches done on New York high schools. Although many blogs are successfully ranked in search engines, not all are. That is why you are advised against relying solely on search engines, when it comes to promoting your blog.

As previously mentioned, if you love meeting with or talking to people online, there is a good chance that you belong to a social networking website or community. The individuals that you talk to and that are in your community are likely the individuals that you wish to target. Since most social networking websites work to connect internet users who have the same goals and common interests, there is a good chance that your online friends will enjoy reading your blog. But, before they can read your blog, you have to let them know that it exists.

When it comes to promoting your blog on social networking websites, you have a number of different options. Your first option is to include a link to your blog in your community profile or profile page. This will allow other community members to checkout your blog, only if they wish to do so. The other way is to inform your online friends of your blog through private messages. Once you join a social networking website and create or join a network of friends, you should easily be able to communicate with those friends. Sending each of your friends a private message with information and a link to your blog tends to be more effective than just placing a link in your profile or on your profile page.

Although there is a good chance that you are already a member of a popular social networking website, you may not be. If you are not already a member, but would like to become one, you will need to find a social networking website to join. This can easily be done with a standard internet search. In your search, you will likely find a number of popular network sites, such as Twitter, MySpace, Facebook, FriendFinder, Yahoo! 360, and Orkut. Before becoming a community member at one of these networking sites, you may want to first examine the website to ensure that it is everything that you want it to be.

As you can easily see, there are a number of different ways that you can go about promoting your blog on online social networking websites. You never known, but, in addition to promoting your blog, you may also make new friends along the way.

Using Message Boards for Internet Marketing

Using Message Boards for Internet Marketing

Internet marketing is a very wide term which can be used to encompass a variety of marketing techniques which are used online. Banner advertisements, website promotion, search engine optimization, email marketing and affiliate marketing all fall under the umbrella of the term Internet marketing but there is even more to Internet marketing than those concepts. Promoting your website or business on message boards can also be considered to be Internet marketing. In fact this is one of the simplest and least expensive Internet marketing options available. This article will examine how savvy business owners can use Internet message boards wisely. It will also explain how message boards can be misused and rendered ineffective as well.

Message boards are essentially online meeting places. In general most message boards are focused on a particular niche subject and encourage those who share an interest in this particular subject to get together to discuss relevant issues, ask questions, provide advice and even just socialize. Message boards can focus on any subject imaginable they may focus on a particular baseball team or just the sport of baseball in general. Message boards can focus on subjects such as politics, television shows, bands, current events, jobs, hobbies or any subject imaginable. Savvy Internet marketers can take advantage of these message boards to reach a target audience without investing a great deal of money.

Consider a business in which the focus of the business is to assist people in finding jobs which offer telecommute options. The concept of working from home is becoming increasingly popular and there are many websites which focus on this subject. Likewise there are also many message boards devoted to the topic of working from home. Here those with an interest in the subject meet to discuss issues such as finding employment where working from home is an option, working around the schedule of your children, setting up a home office, dealing with friends or family members who don’t respect your working hours and paying taxes on freelance assignments. A business owner who actively participates in this message board can take the opportunity to post a link to his website when it is relevant and offers something of value to the conversation. This is worthwhile because the message board features a high concentration of your target audience members.

When using message boards to promote your business, it is important to ensure you are following the rules associated with the message boards. Message boards may have restrictions regarding the posting of links and failure to abide by these restrictions may result in you being banned from the message board. For this reason it is important for anyone who is interested in using message boards for promotion of their business to carefully read the user agreement to ensure they are not violating any of the rules. It is also important to simply use common sense when promoting your business on a message board. Just because the rules do not restrict posting links, does not mean you should spam the board with your link. Take care to only include y our link when it is relevant. This will prevent message board users from assuming your link is just worthless spam.

Finally, when using message boards to promote your business it is important to be courteous to other message board users and to keep all posts professional. This is important because you and your business are much more likely to be taken seriously if you act professionally and responsibly. You should maintain this degree of professionalism even in posts which do not include your business link. This is important because other message board participants will remember you by your user name and will not be likely to take you seriously if you have previously made posts which were offensive, mean spirited or inaccurate. For this reason it is important to act as a representative from your company at all times.

Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate Marketing is a derivative of Internet marketing where the advertisement publisher gets paid for every customer or sales provided by him. Affiliate marketing is the basic for all other Internet marketing strategies.

In this type of marketing, affiliate management companies, in-house affiliate managers and third party vendors are effectively utilized to use E-mail Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, RRS Capturing and Display Advertising for the success of the product. The web traffic can be traced with the help of a third party or own affiliate programs. A lot of work is involved in this process. At first marketing by this method involved lots of spamming, false advertising, trademark infringement, etc. But, after the invention of complex algorithms and advance security this has been regularized to make it safer for doing business and shopping online. This even led to the better scrutinizing of the terms and conditions by the merchants. Affiliate marketing became more profiting with the opening of more opportunities but at the same time it also increased the competition in marketing.

Due to this pressure in house affiliate programs for merchants became a thing of the past and were replaced by out-sourced programs. The companies that offered this service have expert affiliate and network program managers who have various affiliate program management techniques. These affiliate networks have publishers associated with them who help them with the advertising part.

Affiliate marketing was started by cdnow.com who had music oriented websites. They placed list of music albums on their site and they paid others if they put those links in their websites when a visitor bought their album through their site. The first company to link with cdnow.com was Geffen Records. Two months later, Amazon was offered by a woman that she would sell Amazon’s books on her website and she should be paid a certain percentage in return if she sold Amazon’s books through her site. They liked the idea and started the Amazon associates program. It was more of a commission program where they received a commission if a visitor clicked their links and banners on other’s site and bought anything through it.

Since its invention, the affiliate network has been adopted by various businesses like travel, education, telecom, mobile, gaming, personal finance, retail, and subscription sites, the most common being adult and gambling sectors. In UK alone, affiliate marketing produced £ 2.16 billion.

The compensation methods used are Cost per sale (CPS), Cost per action (CPA), Cost per mile (CPM) and Cost per click (CPC). The first two are the more famous methods today. This is because in CPM and CPC, the visitor which turns up on a particular website might not be the targeted audience and a click would be enough to generate commission. CPS and CPA have a compulsion that the visitor not only clicks on the link but also buys something or signs up for some service after it which proves that he is among the targeted audience. Only in the above case the affiliate gets paid. So the affiliate should try to send as much targeted traffic as possible to the advertiser in order to increase his/her returns and for this reason affiliate marketing is also known as performance marketing because it totally depends on the performance of the affiliate. The affiliate team can be differentiated from a sales team from the nature of their jobs. The job of the affiliate team is to drag targeted traffic to a point and from that point it’s the job of the sales team to influence the visitor to buy the product or the service.

This is a very effective kind of method because the money is being paid only when results have been achieved. The publisher incurs all the cost except that of initial setup and development of the program, which is incurred by the merchant. Many businesses give credit to this method of marketing for their success.

The Demoralized Marketer

I'm going crazy and broke!!!!!!!

I have the skills and I know what to do BUT no one is buying anything I market!

Do you feel like this also?

List building is the bottom line and should be your main goal with any online marketing business.

Get your Aweber account now if you don't have one! Double op-in autorespnder is the backbone of your business no matter what you sell/market. You must build a large list of targeted members or buyers. Building your list will take time...months or more! After you have a large list you could make hundreds of sales in one day from sending one e-mail.

Join PayDotCom.com and ClickBank.com and start marketing products from you market area to you list as it grows. Affiliate marketing is a great way to make extra income without haveing to build your own products.

How do you get people to signup for your list?

Give something away that is directly related to your market area. If you market health drinks give away a healthy eating e-book. Don't give away a car repair manual expecting this group of people will buy a health drink from you next week.

How do I get Traffic to your list capture website?

This is the hard part!

Targetted Traffic = targetted signups = more sales = more money!

1) Get a domain name for your website with keywords for your market in it. If you're marketing to the health drink industy make sure your domain name has health and drink in it. Better for the search engine ratings.

2) You need to fill your website with original content so it will rate higher in the search engines.

3) Make sure you are giving free usefull information and ask people to join your e-mail list for more free info. Try giving away something if they join the list.

4) Join a few social networking sites with a new account if you can. Facebook, Twitter, and maybe MySpace. Be active and talk to poeple every day on these networks. Start a Facebook group for your market and encourage people to visit your site. As your group builds you will be building a second list of targetted members.

5) Start writing 500 word articles about your product or market. Send them to your lists telling people they can repost it if they don't change it and keep the contact/link info. Start your own blog and post your articles there as well as on your own site to build original content. After you have a few article wiritten submit them to an article website. This will cost you money!

6) Search for free forums in your market and join them, at least a few. Don't just spam them with links to your website interact with the groups and just leave your link in your signature file so it is on all your posts people will click the link especialy if you have been around for a long time.

7) Google AdWords - This will cost you a lot of money! If you are not carefull and choose keywords just right you could spend a LOT of money in a short time. If you start making money then think about using AdWords.

8) There is one more major NEW way to get traffic to your site but I will not tell you about that unless you join my e-mail list! After joining and confirming your e-mail just forward the first e-mail of my autorespnder to ian@tailgatemoney.com and I will tell you the secret NEW traffic generation system that most big marketers are keeping for themselves!

In my Trash bin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

-Traffic Exchanges suck unless you are marketing to people wanting to make BIG FAST money online for free. This is only good to rise your site counter number if you are not in the make money market....and even then its not so good.

-Don't use or pay for safelists. They suck! The e-mails they send out are to other people trying to market their own products...why would they buy from you if you ignore the e-mails also?

If you are building a list for people who want to make money online use a list builder were you can export your list members to your AWeber list. This is also a great money making opportunity while building your list of targetted BUYERS. Lots of good stuff with this program for newbies also!

Happy Marketing!

3 Rules to Building Any Online Business

3 Rules to Building Any Online Business
By Ian The Tailgate Marketer Hopfe

This info is good for any online business or program you may be a part of or thinking of joining/starting.

1) If you market something make sure you paid for it first.

People always hate hearing this first rule because they want to make money online for free and that is just not possible you will have to spend some money. How can people take you seriously and trust you if YOU don't even use your own product, service or program. Pay the fees, upgrade your account, and work the system that governs your product, services, or program.

You must build credibility, build trust, and spend money to make money. Most importantly about this is that YOU will know your product, service, or program is real and works because you don't want to find out you have been marketing a scam.

2) Generate as much traffic to your website as you can.

Some of this traffic you can build for free but free traffic is not targeted traffic and you will need a lot more of it to get the same results. Other traffic will cost you a lot of money to generate but it may make you broke in a very short time if it's not quality targeted traffic. Still some traffic will be relatively cheap but take months or longer before it builds. You will need to work on all three types to get the right formula needed to sell your product, service, or program. The main ways of generating traffic are:

Search Engine Paid-per-click (PPC)– This is paying for ads on search engines like Google.

Article Writing and Submitting – These are short 500 word articles written by you about your product, service, program, or anything you want that have info about you and links to your website. You will submit these to article databases, other websites, and e-zines so they have free content.

Traffic Exchanges (TE , Paid to click PTC, Paid to read PTR)– These are free websites were you get paid a few cents to visit other peoples website. Traffic Exchanges attract a lot of people trying get free info and make free money. You will pay to have other people visit your site at up to ten of these websites.

Viral Marketing – This is when you write an original e-book and you have links in the e-book directing people back to your website. Normally, this would be a free giveaway to get people to join your e-mail list.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – This is more technical and it entails having plenty of relevant content on your website not just links to other website (you programs), HTML Meta tags on your webpages that have proper keywords and descriptions, webpages that have proper HTML titles, a lot of traffic, AND links from important/high rated websites to your website.

Forum Posting – Now this isn't just posting random links to your products this is quality participation in the forum. Find a free forum dedicated to the topic of your marketing program and participate on a long term basis. As you help people for free giving advice and making friends you make sure you have a link to your marketing website in your signature file. Every time you make a post you gain trust and people will start clicking your links.

3) Teach the people who buy or join your product, service, or program...AKA List Building and Follow ups.

These people trusted you enough to spend money on you so the least you can do is respect them for that. If you have a program were you recruit people under you in a downline then teach them about the business AND teach them these 3 rules! If the person only bought a product or service off of you follow up with them to make sure they are happy. In both cases make sure they are on your personal marketing list! Building your double-opt-in list is the backbone of building long term continual one time sales and residual income online. If you can you should be driving people to your list before you even try to sell them anything. So if they don't like your product, service, or program then you can still send them e-mails in the future about new things you are trying to market.

You will need to setup an e-mail autoresponder where they signup to your list, their e-mail is verified, you may send them something for free (maybe an e-book), then they get directed to a page of your choice. Send them to your marketing website and if they buy something off of you have them redirected to another one of your marketing websites with a higher priced product, service, or program. Setup your autoresponder to send them a new e-mail every few days giving them free info and links to more of your products, services, or programs.

You can even give them side deals like you will pay them $5 to join a program were you will make $20 of what they buy. When your list is hundreds or thousands of people long you could send out one e-mail to sell a product and make hundreds of dollars in a few minutes! Don't over use your list 1 or 2 e-mails a week is a lot, you don't want people to opt-out because you're e-mailing them 10 times a day. When your list gets large you could start selling ad space on your weekly e-mail to make even more extra money.

To help attract people to your list you should market your product but you can also give something away in your first e-mail to them after joining your list. Write an article or e-book about your product or service and excite them about getting free stuff!

If you don't have anything of your own to give away right now I give you permission to giveaway, reprint, or e-mail this article as long as you give credit where credit is do and do not alter it in any way. It is my belief that the honest person will always win in the end so I'm trusting you to do the right thing. Help me, help you become rich!

New Tattoo Designs Affiliate Page I Built!

So...Since I'm a PayDotCom Affiliate I decided to see how I could better market the products. I have been looking for something some product that would market well on say Facebook.

I have about 300 friends on Facebook and many of them are into tattoos and piercings and such. I on the hand think its cool but way to scared to get one! I keep thinking of my grand kids in like 50 years seeing me with a giant naked lady on my chest...and it don't look like grandma! lol

Anywhoo, so after joining PayDotCom you can click the Sell Products tab at the top and search the Marketplace. In the Marketplace you will see/find the listings of every product/service that other people are selling. If you search for a topic you should find a few. So my search for tattoo brought up 9 I think. I wanted to sell all of them and not just one so I would have a better chance of makeing a sale. Also, I have a few other links that would work well with this type of thing.

So I built a webpage with HTML Frames. I have my intro page and I make it look like I own the rest of the products that load into the middle frame of the website! I added 3 Google ads because thats the max you can have on one page AND this will make me a few cents a click if I don't have what visitors want.

I also added a link that opens in a new window asking people to join my online marketing lsit. I try to market my list all the time now because there is nothing like a group of people that know and trust you when it comes to trying to make a sale or build a downline.

Finally I added a link at the bottom advertising for women to help show off their tattoos...aka link to nip*le covers! Since I am marketing to an "exciting" and "interesting" group of people that last link is fine...I think! lol

Oh yeah...I also bought the rights to a cool looking troll/ogre looking graphic to help brand the site!

After putting it all together I almost forgot the rule about having your own content and not just links to other websites. So I Googled tattoo articles and found an article submission website to get some free content. Posting/reprinting other peoples articles about your topic is fine as long as you leave all links and bio info of the author in them.

Think about writing your own 500 word or less articles to submit. You have to be an expert in something? When you first start marketing online your articles don't even have to be about what you're marketing just make sure your personal website and bio info is listed!

I have started a marketing campaign on Facebook directed at people in the US under 50 with the word tattoo in their interests. Thats about 40 thousand people who will see my ad evey day! Be careful when marketing on Facebook their minimum daily budget is $5 so it can add up fast. I only pay per click not per impression and if the person only looks but clicks one of the Google ads I may brake even on that click.

So the finished product is located on my marketing website server at
http://www.tailgatemoney.com/tattoo

Go check it out and see if you could build something like that!

Happy Marketing,

Vlogging!!!! Or Video Blogging!

Well I just came across a new e-book talking about Vlogging or Video Blogging. We are seeing this more and more now a days. Why write a Blog when you can make a short video and post it to you Blog each day?

I have been seeing this a lot with political parties here in Canada and it really helps to get boring points across. Who wants to read a boring political platform when you could watch an entertaining video?!

I plan to start doing videos and posting them here soon. I like the idea of Vlogging because you will get to see me and hopefully get to know me so you will trust me. Trust is good for business!

So click here and find out what I know!

SFI can work for you!!!!

Hi All,

I remember my days as an Amway Distributor...I was really good a showing “The Plan” and I was always excited about the business. I traveled around showing to friends, family, and people I only met. But the excitement I had for the business only lasted for about a year because no one would join!

I showed them how to build the business and even offered to show the plan for people till they learned it or someone below them learned how to do it.Amway was easy...buy about $50-$100 per month of product for yourself that you needed anyway (or go door to door selling) and get your friends to join. For some reason people though I was lying to them about the potential of the business and would always say things like “When you start making money then we will join”. Crazy...how could I make money if everyone wanted to see me make money first!?!

Now fast forward 10 years!

I'm now trying to build an SFI business online. I don't have to bother my friends and family and I don't have to buy as much product or services. I have the entire Internet to market to and I have the freedom to market just about any way I please! The basic principals are about the same...buy about $30 to $50 per month for myself (or generate sales online or even do door to door selling) and sign up other like minded people on the Internet to join up and do what I do!

Sounds simple and a sure thing, right?

I find myself in the same place...almost!

I have over 400 people signed up under me right now as free members but only a small few are building the business. Seems like no matter what I say people will not build the SFI business!

I'm sorry to say but if a business opportunity is real you WILL have to put ongoing money to support your business! Seems like everyone on the Internet is looking for the free money mot the good money!

SFI is an easy business to build!

1)Sign up as a free member and buy or sell some product or service to become a paid member

2)Start recruiting free members under you by just about any way you want online or off line

3)Teach each free member these 3 steps!

Can you imagine how much money I would be making if all 400 free members under me would start building the business! In SFI each basic paid member under you is worth about $8 per month as long as they buy or sell a small amount of product or services each month. If someone under you sells a lot of product or signs up their own paid members then that $8 grows!

So...400 x $8 = $3,200us per month!

At my current job I make half that per month! Could I quit my job? Could I travel more? Could a buy a big house and fancy cars?

You bet!

And so can you!!!!!!!

Have a great day!

Commission Blueprint

There's been a ton of buzz around this system over the past few days and if you haven't heardabout it yet, let me just fill you in...

It's called the "Commission Blueprint" - a radical formula created by Tim Godfrey and Steven Clayton that exploits Clickbank and Google in such a devious way that the resulting profits are in the realms of the *insane*.

==> Get it NOW!

Of course, you will have heard this kinda' thing a gazillion times before and to be perfectly honest so have I...

But after checking this out, I can give you rocksolid confirmation that this is the real deal, especially if you want to replicate a simple system that generates MASSIVE Clickbank commissions.

Let me just throw some figures your way...
- $6,513.04 in one day
- $153,426.72 in 6 weeks
- $526,422.83 in 7 months.

...and the crazy thing is, these numbers were generated by promoting ONE Clickbank product, bidding on just ONE keyword...and without ANY help from JV partners or even an email list!

...not to mention the fact that this simple affiliate campaign took just a few minutes to set up.

How was it done?

Check out the story here:

==> Click here to find out more!

This is a VERY VERY different ball game...

In fact, if you've ever wondered why most affiliates struggle to produce a red cent in profit whilst others effortlessly rake in unfathomable Clickbank commissions seemingly with their hands tied behind their back, then sit up and take note, because you're about to find out why.

----------------The Best Thing?----------------

You need no experience at all because they take you through the entire process on screen AND give you all the tools to actually make it happen.

----------------The Weird Thing?----------------

It's frankly bizarre that they're revealing this stuff. If it were me, I would've kept my mouth FIRMLY shut for sure.

These guys do 7 figures a year with Clickbank consistently and generate far bigger numbers thanvirtually anyone else on the planet.

Point being...if you're a suffering affiliate, you NEED this material. Badly.

----------------The Bad News...----------------

There are only very limited spots availableand judging by how fast this has spread around the net, they'll go ultra fast... possiblyin the next few hours.

It has literally just gone live though so you should be in time...

End result?

Affiliates who FAIL to get hold of this information will be left fighting forscraps and ultimately will be in a world of hurt from now on; that much I can assure you...

You can't afford to be left out of the loop with this one...

AdBoards – the undiscovered goldmine of visitor flow

AdBoards – the undiscovered goldmine of visitor flow

After testing several different strategies of web promotion, the results were unexpectedly surprising: Free AdBoards can provide you with 5 to 60 unique and very interesting visitors every day.
AdBoards - the simplified versions of Free Classifieds. Such Free AdBoards websites as http://businessfreead.com/tailgater allow visitors to place their promotional text lines directly on the front page. New promotional headlines are placed on top of the list, by pushing the previous ones one line below.
The audience is here is very specific. 70 percent of AdBoards visitors are flouncing beginners that register with several promising affiliate programs and are feverishly trying to earn the promised piles of gold by advertising their programs without any strategy, in allowable and unallowable ways. They are willing to try out whichever “magic” way of marketing. 20 percent are webmasters and 10 percent are professionals that know exactly what they are doing and what their goals are. I would say that such flow of visitors is every trader’s dream ;)
My personal statistics shows that, from 800 unique visitors visiting my website every day, around 30 come thanks to Free AdBoards. And from 56 new members registering every day, around 9 are the audience of Free AdBoards. This is an unusually high rate!

Post your link or get your own AdBoard!

Summer Construction in the City!

Now that winter is really gone for the next few months the road crews are out in full force!

This is good because the roads will stay nice!

This is bad because it brings out the a-hole drivers and road ragers!

I was on the south side of the city coming home from work after a trip to the South Edmonton Common and thats when I found a constructions zone.

Now I know what you're thinking...the 23rd St overpass construction...NO not that one.

If you follow Gateway Boulevard all the way north to White Ave you will find the spot I'm talking about. They have the right lane and a turning lane blocked off just as you get to White. This shouldn't be that bad since there is still two lanes free.

Long before getting to the construction they have signs warning people that the right line is blocked. Lots of time to get over to the middle lane.

As I sat in traffic (I didn't have any vehicle advertising to read) listening to my MX Sat radio I started to notice that some people were still following the right lane and going by me and everyone else who were being responsible and staying the proper lane.

Turns out all the people traveling by the long line were cutting in line ahead of us making our lane slow to a crawl! I was not impressed! And the guy driving the 15 passenger van two vehicles behind me was not impressed either!

We were being the good guys and staying in the lane and these a-holes were cutting the line! For about a 5 vehicle stretch we tightened right up and didn't let anyone in!

I don't feel bad about not letting anyone in especially when we got close to the construction zone. They should feel bad for helping to torture US nice guys waiting in line!

This whole thing has made me think of the lunch line at school! Getting pushed by the bullies and such!!! Not fun!

Just think if your website was being advertised on your vehicle during that 20 min stand still!!! How much money could you have made?

Extreme Tailgate Marketing

So if you read my first post then you will know I drive a big truck with 33 inch wheels around Edmonton Alberta, Canada.

And I have already spoken about advertising on my truck and other peoples vehicles...

Well...

If you seen an accident or some guy doing something crazy on the road...would you remember the website he was advertising? It's in my nature...most likely I would! lol

Well I have to drive 20 minutes every day to get to my day job. The other day I was driving up the off ramp from Whitemud Freeway to Terwillager Drive. If you have ever driven this way you know there is a bit of a blind curve at the tip of the hill just before slowing down to the 70km zone. The other day I came around this corner to see nothing but RED!

Tail lights for about 500 meters to the first set of traffic lights! This happened to be the first real day of rain so the roads were not fun. I slid all crazy like for 20 meters then as I went almost all the way sideways I hit the curb! My two drivers side wheels left the ground for what felt like a minute (about a half second). When I hit the ground my big truck wheels got grip in the sandy (winter sand/salt) grass and I drove calmly back all the way back on the road!

Well, if you were the few cars behind me you sure got a show! lol I sat with one hand on the wheel all cool like till I got to work!

I wish I had the website on the my tailgate that day!

That being said don't forget to visit the EyeEarn website and start making money while you commute to work!

OK...if you're feeling a little guilty about driving and polluting while you make money here is a link to a website that sells environmentally friendly and family friendly cleaning products!

Co-op Advertising/Marketing

Hi and welcome to my first post to my new blog Tailgate Marketer!

Lets start off with a bang!

So I drive a 1979 Full Sized Ford Bronco...now let me tell you it's got some rust on it, runs badly, and uses a lot of gas! The thing is that it's jacked up 4 inches and has 33 inch tires on it! It is a sight...sometimes for sore eyes, but people look at it when I drive down the road! I'm always getting looks...sometimes negative but they look!

So what does this have to do with Advertising or Marketing?

As I drive my Bronco around Edmonton, Albert to and from work and such I read the advertising on other vehicles all the time. I come home at least ounce a week with a new website address that I have to look up. Most times the advertising is on normal or company vehicles. If I spend my time reading the side of the Lennox Heat repair man van how many people would read an advertisement on my truck?

Marketing on vehicles is becoming a big business here in Edmonton and all over the world. So why can't the little guy make some money on this. Now I can't drive my truck all over the city every day advertising especially with gas prices going so high. So what do I do?

Get other people to advertise for me!

Now I can't afford to just pay 500 people around Edmonton to put an ad on their vehicles. I need to give them some incentive.

Co-op Advertising! Sell ad space on a website that I get other people to advertise on their vehicles and we all share in the profits. In addition to cash I can give away prizes from the businesses that advertise on my website. Go one step further and have a coupon page for your advertisers and let people print them off so you will help drive even more business to your valuable advertisers that should already be paying you good money each month.

In addition to me creating my website just to market local Edmonton business

http://www.tailgatemoney.com

I have found another business that does the same thing except on the global scale!

http://www.eyeearn.com

The power of Co-op Marketing has the potential to make a lot of money for even more people. Add Co-op Marketing to the power of vehicle advertising and you got a winning team.

Drive your way to wealth!
